Ski Miquel [Booking system]
FelineSoft developed a holiday booking system for Ski Miquel, an independent tour operator specialising in skiing holidays. Once the system was in place it enabled the processing of a booking, from enquiry to invoice, to be totally automated and show stock in real time on screen. The radically improved booking system, automation, analysis, reminders and full integration of resort and guest information meant Ski Miquel was able to implement a 20% staff reduction. The total system investment produced major savings whilst providing a much greater level of business integration.
Irvin-GQ [Stock control]
Irvin-GQ manufactures and packs parachutes for the Ministry of Defence. FelineSoft has developed a stock control system that allows the packing division to track the movement of individual parachutes and component parts both on and off-site. FelineSoft also support their existing system for managing parachute history and we have integrated this into the system we developed. The project was developed as a desktop-based application built using Windows-Forms.Net, C# and SQL Server.
NHS Professionals [Internal communications systems / Intranets]
FelineSoft developed the internal communications system for NHS Professionals, the internal recruitment division of the NHS. This intranet application features full content management functionality and employs integrated windows authentication for security. The project was developed using ASP.Net and was so successful that it is now being upgraded and rolled out on a national level.
Environment Agency [Project reporting and job costing]
FelineSoft has worked on various projects for the Environment Agency. The bulk of the work has been the development of a reporting facility to monitor job costing. We also created a line managers’ handbook application so that their procedure documents can be compiled into HTML and be stored on a PDA.
Body Control Pilates [Event scheduling]
Body Control Pilates are recognized world leaders in the development and instruction of the Pilates method of exercise. FelineSoft was commissioned to create a complete e-Commerce system that could automate event organisation and scheduling, product sales, a forum for instructors and provide enhanced content for members.
Adelphi Capital [Content management and news delivery]
Adelphi Capital were looking to re-visit and consolidate their online branding and to gain control of their online content. FelineSoft partnered with Panoram, a design agency, who delivered a complete overhaul for their branding. FelineSoft’s role was to provide a complete content management and news delivery system. This allows Adelphi to adjust their on-line content in an instant whilst ensuring the branding remains consistent throughout the site. Adelphi then went on to be the fastest growing fund of 2005 and cited the work done by FelineSoft and Panoram as a highly significant factor in that growth.
CNWL (Central and North West London Mental Health NHS Trust) [Content management]
FelineSoft has developed a content management system for CNWL similar to that produced for NHS Professionals. This project also includes ‘micro sites’ functionality allowing each individual service to create its own web site. This project was produced using ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server.
Alkon [Telephony-based system to record working hours / Billing systems]
Alkon are a South African software company who have developed a rostering package to manage security guards. FelineSoft provided telephony integration using TAPI (Telephony API) that enables security guards to record their hours via an automated telephone service. ‘Caller ID’ was used to ensure the guards were where they were supposed to be.
Direct Telecoms (London) Ltd [Integrated orders and accounting]
Direct Telecoms provide telephone systems and support to companies. FelineSoft developed a system that was fully integrated into Sage Line 50 in order to automate the processing of orders, maintenance contracts and engineer callouts. The system also included document management functionality enabling almost paperless operation.
